1.India’s first PPP-mode built railway station - Habibganj 



Habibganj railway station is a railway station in Bhopal City and part of the West Central Railway. It is located in Habibganj, New Bhopal. It is India's first ISO CERTIFIED private railway station.

2. UNESCO has designated Srinagar as a creative city of craft and folk arts



3. Astronaut Wang Yaping has become the first Chinese woman to walk in space



As a part of ongoing construction, team of Wang Yaping completed a six-hour stint outside Tiangong space station. Tiangong is a space station being constructed in low Earth orbit by China. It is being constructed between 340 and 450 km above the surface. It is China’s first long-term space station. Their work includes setting up equipment and testing technology for future construction.

4. Kerala government has proposed to form “Haritha Karma Sena (Green Action Force) to collect and segregate waste from city households for transporting it to solid waste treatment facility at Kochi Corporation.



Proposal to constitute the action force has been included in the draft bylaw in order to streamline municipal solid waste management system in the city. The Green Action Force will be created in all divisions of the civic body.

5.China successfully launched three new remote sensing satellites on November 6, 2021 from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre located in southwestern Sichuan province.




China’s Long March-3B rocket has completed its 300th launch in March 2019 successfully. It put a new communication satellite into orbit. This rocket is regarded as the main stay of Chinese space programme since 1970.

  • The satellites belong to the Yaogan-35 family.
  • They were launched by a Long March-2D carrier rocket and entered the planned orbit successfully.
  • This was the 396th mission for Long March series carrier rockets of China.
