Types of Amendments: Article 368 provides for two types of amendments, that is, by a special majority of Parliament and also through the ratification of half of the states by a simple majority. But, some other articles provide for the amendment of certain provisions of the constitution by simple majority of the parliament, that is, a majority of members of each house present and voting (similar to the ordinary legislative process). Notably these amendments are not deemed to be amendments of the Constitution of the Constitution for the purposes of Article 368.  Therefore, the Constitution can be amended in three ways:  Amedment by simple majority of the parliament. The park will be created at Rs 62.77 crores, out of which, 50% of the fund is to be borne by the Central Government and the rest by KIADB. It is to be built by the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) land. About the park: Generates hundreds of employment for the local youths. A poly propylene unit is to be set up in the park which will provide raw materials to the polymer and plastic units inside the park. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer. It is mainly used in plastic packaging. Also, the park will help reduce transport costs. This is because, 32 companies are to be established within the park. Fixed Dose Combination(FDC) drugs are drugs having two or more active ingredients in a single dosage .
